You can upload documents, images, and videos through Phalanx. The type of file you can send depends on your plan type.
If you are a ShieldWolf user, you can send any file type. If you are a SendTurtle user, you are limited by the type of plan you’re on. SendTurtle Free users can only send MS, PDF, JPEG, and PNG files. SendTurtle Pro users can send any file type.

Images need to be less than 50 megapixels.

Audio files are only supported up to 1 GB.

Watermarking is not currently supported for video, audio, image, and spreadsheet uploads.

Animated file types like .webp will be displayed as .jpeg files but will download as their original file type.

Things to consider

Users can upload one file per send. ShieldWolf and SendTurtle Pro users can send to multiple recipients per send.

Visitors will see the name of your files if you create a link that allows the file to be downloaded.

Only PDF files include Analytics tools.
