How do I send a file with SendTurtle?

Sending a file is easy! Before you can send a file, you will first need to sign up for SendTurtle. You can do so here.

Free users can send and receive 3 files/month on SendTurtle. Pro users can send unlimited files.

Step-by-step how to

Once you’re signed up, sign in and head to the Send page.

  1. You will then add a Subject, which is a main headline description for the file. This is how you’ll identify your files after sending within the SendTurtle dashboard, so make it memorable!

  2. The description section is optional, but is there in case you’d like to add more information for the recipient.

  3. You can add or remove additional security settings like those listed below.

  4. Then, you can drop or browse your files and select the one you’d like to send!

  5. Once added, you’ll click Create link, which will take you to the page below. The link will start with https://app.sendturtle.com/link/….

You will then want to copy the link either by clicking the Copy link button or by highlighting and copying the link manually. You will then share this link with your recipient in an email, text, or more. They will click the link to open your file.
